Pass the Mic: We Are HER
Local nonprofit We Are HER is bringing their podcast to the Verge Theater stage for a one-night event called We Are HER Live. Host and domestic violence advocate Emily Kempe will sit down with a local survivor to discuss her story and her healing journey. This show will discuss sensitive content related to violence. Please bring cash, because along with ticket sales, proceeds from the hosted raffle will go to We Are HER's 2020 Survivor Retreat.
To learn more about We Are HER visit their website or listen to season one of We Are HER's podcast.
Tickets are $10 and go directly to We Are HER. In addition, scholarships are available. Contact hilary@vergetheater.com for more information.
