At Verge Theater, summer means fun, creativity, and the magic of theater! From the excitement of production camps to the immersive training of Rising Stars Camp, we offer something for every aspiring performer going into grades 1 - 12.
Our camps are designed to be inclusive and accessible, offered at a Pay-What-You-Wish rate so every family can participate. With small group sizes and individualized attention, your child will grow as an artist while building friendships and unforgettable memories.

Full Production Camps
In our production camps, budding performers will spend their days immersed in the arts, growing their skills and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
What to Expect:
• Mornings: Craft-building classes in music, voice, movement, acting, improv, fine art, and more!
• Afternoons: Rehearsals where performers apply their newfound skills to recreate some of their favorite stories. These aren’t the stories you’ve seen on screen but unique adaptations that will spark their imagination.
• Finale: Each camp culminates in a final performance for friends, family, and the community on the beautiful outdoor Emerson stage. We will celebrate the hard work, creativity, and passion your kids have poured into their summer camp experience! Bring a picnic dinner, spread out a blanket, or settle into your favorite lawn chair on the Emerson lawn, and enjoy a show filled with joy and talent. This is their moment to shine—and your moment to cheer them on!

Discover Rising Stars Camp – Where Passion Meets Purpose!
Give your child the opportunity to grow, express, and thrive in an immersive theater experience tailored for students entering grades 3–12. Rising Stars Camp is designed to nurture young performers in a supportive, inclusive environment while offering a well-rounded introduction to the performing arts.
Each day, campers will explore a diverse range of skills:
• Movement: Building coordination, focus, and confidence through yoga, Suzuki, and theater dance.
• Music: Strengthening creativity and discipline with basic music theory and vocal performance.
• Acting: Enhancing communication and self-expression with improv, scene study, and popular acting techniques.
To ensure your child receives age-appropriate instruction, classes are thoughtfully divided by grade levels. Younger participants focus on foundational skills in a fun, accessible way, while older students take on more advanced challenges, helping them grow as artists and individuals.
